Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express (English Daily – All Editions)* and Loksatta (Marathi Daily – Pune Edition) in relation to the results of Postal Ballot conducted by the Company. We would like to further inform that due to some technical problem caused at the end of The Indian Express, the English Publication could not be printed in all the editions of the Financial Express daily. In this regard, please find enclosed herewith a letter received from The India Express dated 07.03.2017 which is self-explanatory. Please be further informed that in order to rectify this error, the same english advertisement will also be published tomorrow in all editions of the Financial Express. You are requested to kindly take the same on your record.
