Dear Sirs, Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations), we enclose hereto, for your information and record, the audited standalone financial results of Regaliaa Realty Limited (the Company) for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2019, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, May 17, 2019, along with declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the aforesaid Regulations and Reconciliation Table for Equity as on March 31, 2019. We also submit herewith Audit Reports dated May 15, 2019, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the said standalone financial results respectively of the Company, which were duly placed before the Board at the aforesaid meeting, which commenced at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 01:00 P.M.
