The Board of Directors in their Meeting held today, i.e. May 24, 2018 have considered and taken on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2018. Please find enclosed the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2018 along with the Auditors report; issued by M/s BSR & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company; in accordance with provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. Further we hereby declare that in the Auditors Report issued by M/s BSR & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion in respect of the financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018.
