Further to our letter dated May 23, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the Uniform Listing Agreement entered into by the Company with the Stock Exchanges, we wish to inform that in view of the appointment of new Auditors today by the Companys subsidiaries namely Reliance Home Finance Limited and Reliance Commercial Finance Limited, the financial statements whereof are required to be consolidated with the Company, a revised date of Board meeting, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019, will be intimated in due course.
