RELIANCE INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th July, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019. In continuation to our letter dated June 28, 2019 on the subject-matter and pursuant to the above, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company under the Companys "Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading is closed from Monday, 1st July, 2019 upto 48 hours after the results are made public on Friday, 12th July, 2019. You are requested to kindly take the above on record and acknowledge receipt of the same.
