This is to advise that at the Board Meeting held today, the Board has adopted the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, after review of the same by the Audit Committee. In accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith copy of the same along with the Independent Auditors Review Reports on the same, for your records. The Board Meeting was commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 3:00 pm. Further, we are also enclosing herewith update on Company Performance and Investor Presentation for the Q2 FY19, for the purpose of updating our investors.
