The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 01.10 p.m. and concluded at 02.30 p.m. Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith a copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2018 along with Limited Review Report issued by SGCO & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
