This is to inform you, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Resolution Professional (RP) on March 08, 2018 has considered and taken on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. The Un-audited Financial Results thereon are enclosed herewith. Further, please note that the Company has already made necessary arrangements to publish the same in newspaper as required under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting of RP and Key Managerial Personnel commenced at 6:00 P.M. on March 08, 2018 and concluded at 6:30 P.M.
