With reference to the above captioned subject, we would like to inform you that, we have submitted the Audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March 2018 on 30thMay, 2018 on exchanges listing portal (i.e. http://listing.bseindia.com), however it came to the notice of the Company that inadvertently we missed to attach statement of Asset and Liabilities for the year ended on 31.03.2018 with the financial result and therefore to rectify the said error of non-attachment of statement of Asset and Liabilities, we hereby attach the complete set of financial result.
