Results approved by the Board are enclosed herewith along with Audit Report. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we confirm that the Statutory Auditors have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March , 2018 The Meeting of the Board of Directors started at 12.00 A.M. and concluded at 01.30 pm This is for your information and records.
