The Board had considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Result for the fourth Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018 as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015. The Statutory Auditor has submitted an unmodified Audit Report on Financial Result.
