Pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday, May 25, 2018 which commenced at 1:30 P.M. and concluded at 4:15 P.M. has inter alia, considered and approved the followings: Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind As) along with Auditors Report which is enclosed herewith, pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Further, please find enclosed herewith the declaration by the Company on Unmodified Opinion in the Auditors Report which is enclosed herewith.
