We refer to our letter dated 7th February 2018 informing you of our Board Meeting that was scheduled today. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 3.15 p.m. The Board approved audited financial results for the year ended 31st December 2017. We enclose a copy of the Auditors Report and audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2017 approved at this Meeting and the as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for your information. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s Price Waterhouse & Co. Chartered Accountants LLP have issued the Audit Report with unmodified opinion for the financial year ended 31st December 2017.
