Pursuant to Reg 33, 52 and 30 read with Para A of Part A of Sch III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015(LODR), we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board at its meeting held on 3/5/18 has, inter alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31/3/18. Pursuant to Reg 33(3)(b) of LODR, the Company has opted to submit, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company to the Exchange. Please find enclosed Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended 31/3/18 along with the Auditors Report of Statutory Auditors, declaration regarding Auditor Reports with unmodified opinion and Press Release. Pursuant to Reg 47(1)(b) of LODR, the Company would be publishing the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31/3/18 in the newspapers.
