The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m. The Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2018. We enclose a copy of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2018 approved at this Meeting along with the Limited Review Report as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for your information.
