We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on date, i.e. May 29, 2018, has approved the following :- i) Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018 and the Auditors Report thereon in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (Copy Attached). ii) Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018. (Copy Attached). iii) Resignation of Mr Lalit Khetan, CFO of the Company. The Board decided that in absence of profit for the current Financial year 2017-18, the Board of Directors could not recommend any dividend on Equity and / or Preference Shares for the year ended March 31, 2018.
