In continuation of our letter dated April 16, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following: i) Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018; and ii) Copies of the Audit Reports as submitted by the Auditors of the Company on standalone and consolidated Financial Results alongwith the declaration in respect of Audit reports with unmodified opinion. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2018, recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.90 per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1115 hours and concluded at 13:55 hours.
