We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e May 22, 2018 has, inter alia, considered and approved :- i. the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 as per Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the aforesaid Results along with the Declaration with respect to the Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the said Financial Results and Audit Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 is enclosed herewith.
