Upon recommendation of audit committee, approved Standalone Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016, we hereby confirm and declare that M/s. S.N. Murthy & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Standalone and Consolidated Audit Report with unmodified opinion for the financial statement of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2018. Please find enclosed the following: 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the audit report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
