This is to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017 considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2017 alongwith the Auditors Report. A copy of the aforesaid financial results along with the Auditors Report is attached.
