Board has approved Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 and a copy of result in prescribed format is enclosed herewith. 2. Independent Auditors Report on Financial Result of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 is enclosed herewith. 3. Next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 8th August, 2018. 4. Register of Members and share transfer books will remain closed from 3rd August, 2018 to 8th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
