As advised by you, we are submitting the revised copy of the Audited Financial Results of the company along with segment-wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018, in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,alongwith Auditors Report and Reconciliation table for Equity, approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on 23rd May, 2018.
