Further to our letter dated 8th May, 2018, please note that as per recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their duly convened meeting held on today i.e., 17th May, 2018 inter alia, has taken on record and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 02.00 p.m. and concluded at 02.55 p.m. A copy of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 alongwith Un-modified Statutory Auditors Reports are enclosed for your information and record. We have also enclosed a Declaration for Un-modified Opinion with Audit Reports on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
