We wish to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, May 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018. The said financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing: 1) Standalone Financial Results for the Half year and year ended March 31, 2018. 2) Standalone Report by the Auditors for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018 .
