Audited financial results including consolidated financial results, in the detailed format, along with Auditors Report and Impact of Audit Qualification (for audit report with modified opinion), for the year ended 31.03.2018 together with the results for the Fourth quarter in terms of Regulation 33 of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, it may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a Dividend @ `8.00 per equity share (80%) for the year 2017-18. Please bring this to the notice of all concerned.
