The audited financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2018. Please find enclosed audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 along with a copy of the unmodified Audit Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. In terms of second proviso to regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a declaration by CFO confirming that the Auditors have given an Unmodified Opinion on the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2018, is also enclosed.
