Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. on 17th May, 2018 has, inter - alia, approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 and Auditors Reports thereon 2. As followed in the previous years, the Board of Directors as required under Regulation 33 of the Regulations has decided to additionally submit quarterly/year to date consolidated Financial Results along with its standalone results. 3. Appointment of new Directors on the Board of the Company The said Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 and concluded at 17:10. You are requested to kindly take the aforesaid information on record.
