Further to our letter dated 20 February, 2018 we wish to inform that the Scrutinizer,Mr V Mahesh, submitted his report to the Chairman, who has authorized the Company Secretary to announce the results for seeking the consent of the members by way of ordinary resolution vide postal ballot / e - voting with respect to the following item of business: Approval of Material Transactions with EWAC Alloys Limited, Related Party Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Resolution mentioned above has been passed by the members of the company with requisite majority. The approval is deemed to have been received on the last date of receipt of postal ballot forms, i.e. on March 23, 2018. Please find enclosed the voting results and certified copy of the scrutinizers report. The same will also be made available on the Companys website at www.esabindia.com. Kindly bring this to the attention of members and investors.
