We enclose herewith a copy of our audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March, 2017 in the Format revised by SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 which is made applicable to the financial results for the period ending on or after 31st March, 2017. Please note the there is no change in the results declared earlier.
