We refer to our letter dated 30th May 2017, wherein we had submitted the Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended 31st March, 2017 (the financial results), which were approved and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 30th May 2017. We now refer to your email dated 10th July, 2017 and as a measure of clarification, we submit herewith the said financial results in the revised format. Please note that the figures as reported earlier, remains unchanged. We confirm that M/s. P. G. Bhagwat, Statutory Auditors of the Company, have issued Audit Report on the Standalone Financial Results, that has already been submitted and we enclose herewith the same.
