With reference to your email dated 25th May, 2018 regarding submission of Audited Financials in the Revised Format as Per IND AS Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, please find enclosed herewith: 1- Audited Standalone Statement of Profit and Loss for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2018 in the revised format as Per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. Further we wish to inform you that there is no change in the figures of financial results as submitted before in old format dated 14th May, 2018 and also all others earlier enclosed files submitted with the outcome of the Board Meeting of the company held on 14th May, 2018 remains same and shall form part of above results in revised format.
