As per the Email received on 22.06.2018, regarding discrepancy in Financial Results i.e. Reconciliation table for Equity not provided - for Standalone Result in financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018, submitted on 25th May, 2018. As directed by you, we have rectified the aforesaid discrepancy and are re-submitting herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018 and there is no change in above financial results of the Company except only incorporation of reconciliation table for Equity.
