As per the above mentioned subject and your Email dated 10.07.2017, we hereby resubmit the revised Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 as per the Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013,pursuant to the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016. Further we inform that we had already submitted the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017 within the prescribed period as per SEBI Listing Regulations i.e. as on 9th June, 2017. Therefore all the other figures remain the same in the re-submission of the revised Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017.
