Ref.: Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure) Requirement 2015 and our previous submission vide letter dated 24/05/2018 In our previous submission vide above referred letter declaration under Regulation 33(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 was inadvertently left out. Accordingly we are again submitting a copy of Audit Report along with the Financial Results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended on March 31st 2018 and declaration under Regulation 33(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015
