This has reference to email dated 09-03-2018 received from BSE Limited pointing out discrepancy in the figures of PBT in the main sheet and the Segment Results. We would like to submit in this regard that the difference between the figures of PBT given at Sr. No. (vii) of the Standalone Results (main sheet) and PBT given in point no. 2 in the Segment Results was due to the fact that in the main sheet the Loss from discontinued operations (International Money Transfer) was included in item no.(x) because of the constraints of the prescribed format whereas in Segment Results, the same was already deducted from the Profit before Tax figures. However, as pointed out by you we have now revised the presentation of Segment Results and have shown the PBT from continued operations separately and therefrom the loss from discontinued operations has been reduced and finally the total profit from continuing and discontinued operations has been shown. Kindly take the same on your records.
