RIBA TEXTILES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial results along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor, for the Quarter ended on June 30th 2019. Further, as already informed vide our letter dated 29.06.2019 that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, including all amendments thereof, and the Insider Trading code of the company the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed for Directors Key Managerial Personnel and other Designated Persons w.e.f 01.07.2019 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial statements of the company for the quarter ended June 30th 2019.
