We write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting held on February 14, 2019, inter alia, has approved the following: 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held today. We enclose herewith the following: (a)Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018-Annexure -1. (b)Limited Review Report on the above Financial Results duly issued by M/s. Ashwani K. Sindwani & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company Annexure -2. The meeting of the Board of Directors Commenced at 02:30 P.M and Concluded at 05:40 PM. Kindly take the above information on your records.
