The Board of Directors in their meeting held today considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. The copy of Limited Review Report is not attached alongwith the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 as informed earlier by the Comapny vide letter dated 08th August 2018 in which we have stated that the Limited Review report cannot be furnished due to resignation of the Auditor and the same will be furnished after the completion of Limited Review Report by the New Auditor. The Board also approved the appointment of M/S Shah Mehta and Bakshi, Chartered Accountants, Vadodara as the Statutory Auditors of the Comapny w.e.f. 14th August 2018 to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of the earlier Statutory Auditor.
