This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held today, 30th July, 2018, Monday have approved audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March, 2018. The Board of Directors have also recommended final dividend at the rate of 20% (Rs.2.00 per share) subject to approval of shareholders in their meeting. Copy of the audited Financial Results along with audit Report and Presentation are enclosed herewith. Further note that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed an unqualified audit opinion in this regard.
