Board Meeting commenced at 05.30 P.M. and concluded at 06.30 P.M. Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith: i. Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31.03.2019 ii. Report on the Audited Financial Results issued by M/s Ashok Shashi & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
