RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/09/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further it is informed that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and their dependent family members for the period from September 7, 2018 to September 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) for trading in REC Equity Shares and Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.). The Trading Window will open from Monday, September 17, 2018 for trading in REC Equity Shares and Listed Debt Securities (Tax Free Bonds etc.).
