S V GLOBAL MILL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the Directors and designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, remains closed from 1st July 2019 to 31st July 2019 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
