SAINT-GOBAIN SEKURIT INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018. Further, as per the Companys code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the companys securities (equity shares), will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from 16th October 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018 are made public.
