Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 which have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 12th July, 2019 alongwith Limited Review Report duly signed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Meeting of Board of directors commenced at 2.00 P.M. and concluded at 6.30 P.M.
