Voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and 2. Report of the Scrutinizer dated 30th March 2019. Based on the Scrutinizers Report, we wish to inform you that the resolution(s) mentioned in the said Postal Ballot Notice have been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority.
