In this regard, please find enclosed herewith the certified true copy of the un-audited financial results and limited review report for the quarter ended 31.12.2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M. We would like to add that this outcome along with necessary attachment is also available on BSE and CSE site and also on the Companys website (www.santoshindustrieslimited.in).
