SARDA ENERGY & MINERALS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i) the un-audited financial and segment wise results - standalone and consolidated - for the 1st quarter 2019-20 ii) seeking of approval of shareholders for raising funds through permissible means Further, the Trading Window - w.r.t. shares of the Company shall remain close from 1st July, 2019 to 5th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).
