Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we are herewith filing a statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 as approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th February 2019. Also please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Limited Review report dated 14th February, 2019, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
