Please find the enclosed following: a) Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2019. b) Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors; and c) Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for Audit Report with Modified opinion).
