In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are forwarding herewith copy of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended as on 30th September, 2018 approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018. A Limited Review report issued by the statutory auditor of the Company is also attached herewith. We are arranging to publish the results in newspapers. Kindly notify the above to the members of the Stock Exchange.
